We only use AUSTRALIA POST.
Fairyland™ has a FLAT postage and handling fee.
This means no matter how little or how much you purchase, you are only charged a FLAT fee.

Postage & Handling Rates:
Australia:
For purchases over AUD$200.00, postage and handling is free nationwide.
For purchases under AUD$200.00, postage and handling is AUD$19.95 nationwide.

New Zealand:
For all purchases a flat shipping rate of AUD$39.00.
Postage and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timelines:
Fairyland™ is committed to providing a convenient solution to shopping online and we know you will be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from your order date.

For delivery to: NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD METRO
4-7 business days

For delivery to: SA, WA, NT, TAS and REGIONAL CENTRES
7-10 business days

ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1PM ON THE DATES LISTED ABOVE.
The recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office.

Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated Delivery Address.

Returns
When you shop at the Fairyland™ website, we aim to please and hope you are delighted with your purchase every time. However, we appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines:
Should you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. You must return goods no later than 21 days after purchase date.
You may return your goods to Fairyland™, 48 Killarney Street, Mosman, NSW, 2088. Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods. You are responsible for any return postage costs.

The item must be in re-sellable condition for example:

  • the original tags and labels are still attached;
  • the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
  • the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
